I made this cake for my daughter in laws mother Sandy Luna's 50th birthday. The bottom layer was carrot cake, the 2nd layer was strawberry with strawberry filling, and the top layer was chocolate with chocolate ganache filling iced in cream cheese and marshmellow fondant with gumpaste flowers.

Kaydence spent the night with Nana and we had fun.
